I am delighted to comment on this company. Chris Vrahnos had Awesome Customer Service skills!! Wow!!

He explained the process, turn around times, conditions to consider, how to meet and pay the driver and when I called he returned my call as quick as possible to answer my questions and assure me that everything was under control and the car was safe! I spoke with a couple of people at Domestic Auto Transport and they were all caring and helpful. But, Mr. Vrahnos took the cake, he truly has this customer service thing down. He understood that my son's car was important to me and my son and that I wanted it to be important to DAT, which he assured me and demonstrated that it was indeed important and would receive the best service possible.

Well the ending to my story; the car was delivered today in perfect condition, from friendly drivers and Chris told me an hour and a half before delivery to prepare for the drop, which gave me to time to run and gather the funds and get to the driver on my lunch break... lol

My son was so happy to see his car and to be home!!! thank you so much to the Domestic Auto Transport team! and thank you so much Chris Vrahonos it was a great pleasure working with you and if I ever ship a car again 'I will definately call you guys!!' and if someone ask who to use to ship a car 'I will refer them to you with no doubt that I truly gave them great advise'.

I rolled up my sleeves and went to work once I sensed the concern in your voice about your son not having a car. Well, we did it!!!! Glad everything worked out!!
