The overall service was satisfied. My car was pickup on time and delivered in good condition. My only concern was the contact person, Malia McClain, she wasn't that attentive as I expected, I tried to reach her for a couple of days and she didn't call back, but later she did answer all my questions by emails. so, probably it's just me, I was a little bit too worried, I'm sure she was busy with all other customers too. However I believe most of you would find it a great company to rely on.
