Even though the process took a few days more than I expected because my bid was low and we had trouble finding a shipper, Tara was very upfront and honest on what needed to be done to get things going. She was very professional in how she handled it and made me feel like she really knows the business. After I raised the bid, we found a shipper very quickly (in two days) and things started to happen. She returned calls and emails promptly. Overall, I am a satisified customer and if I ever need to have another car shipped, I would use Tara again.
