This review pertains to order #382882. Date of pickup from Corpus Christi, Texas was January 22 and the delivery date was January 27. The transport of my Audi TT could not have been easier or smoother. My car arrived in great shape. Holly Burton in customer service was knowledgeable and was always available if I had any questions whatsoever. She continually kept in contact to make sure everything was running smoothly. The truck driver was efficient and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. The carrier itself looked brand new. The driver arrived early in the morning the day of pickup. As the car made it to it's destination before my wife and I arrived at our new home in Florida, my Audi TT was stored in a safe and secure storage lot in a nearby city. My car was then delivered on the prearranged day, again, very promptly and professionally. I had never transported a car this way before and did extensive research on the internet before selecting Domestic Auto Transport to do the job. They had the best price and after reading all the positive reviews and speaking with Holly Burton I knew I could trust them with my favorite sports car. The only thing that would have made the process a bit easier would if the pickup driver spoke better English. But, to Holly's credit, she did a great job of working with all parties involved to get the job done. Thanks!
