Shipped My Car From HI to TX - OUTSTANDING

I was extremely nervous when I tried to find a company to ship my second car from Hawaii to Texas (my employer paid for the first one and it arrived late, filthy and with $1200 in damages!).

I contacted at least 10 companies, but something about Malia made me talk to her more often before finally deciding. One of the main things I liked was, EVERY time I called her, SHE answered the phone! The other companies still kept robo-calling me even after I had a contact person.

Malia did everything she said she would. I was in no hurry to receive my car because we were going to be gone most of December for Christmas.

Malia called me 1) when my car left Hawaii, 2) when my car arrived in San Diego, 3) when a carrier was assigned to my car, 4) when my car was picked up AND after it had been delivered.

This company, this process, this employee were nothing short of exceptional. I have recommended them to other friends of mine leaving Hawaii for the mainland and will most definitely use them again when I go back to Hawaii in 3 years!

You cannot go wrong with Malia!
