So i used domestic to transport my car from oakland to maui. when i got to matson i was asked to pay the remaining balance, of $873, even though i had already paid domestic $1052. why would domestic not give all the money i paid directly to the shipping company? so instead of the few minutes i was told that it would take to drop off my car it took an hour. it is confusing how they make it so difficult, i will go directly to matson the next time and i suggest anyone else do the same.

Toby you were told to CALL ME before you went to the port with your vehicle! You asked me why I wanted you to call me.....NOW you know why! Shipping your car to Hawaii is not like driving through Taco Bell to order a burrito, it is a little more involved than that. Other than the minor delay caused by your not calling me first, I am assuming everything else went just fine so why a one star review when it was YOUR fault you had to wait at the port! AND the money you gave me did go to Matson, the $873......sorry I don't work for free. *******MALIA*********
