Although I did not use the service from this company, I have to write this review to comment about how customer service should be.

Malia spent more than 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining about how the vehicle transportation business operates. She goes in details, analyses factors, and gives me best advices / options that I can choose from. This is a role model for customer service; honesty, caring, reliable, friendly, etc.
