Malia of Domestic Auto Transport (DAT) gave me peace of mind when I had to transport my auto from White Plains in NY to my son in Mountain View, California. She promptly and courteously responded to each of my phone calls. Not on a single occasion did the call go to voicemail. And once when Malia was attending on another customer, Casi answered the phone and handed over the call to Malia as soon as Malia finished her other call. During my initial call to DAT, Malia took from me the relevant information, gave me a quote right away, and followed it up with an e-mail to me and to my son. I wanted my car to be picked up around September 28th and not later because of my travel plans. And the car had to be delivered to my son after October 6th because of my son’s travel. The car was picked up as per schedule by Terry, the truck driver, on September 28th. During the day I received updates from Malia stating for example that the driver was in Long Island and will come to my place next, then that the driver was unable to reach me and I should give him a call to confirm the pick up. On September 28th at around 10 PM I delivered my car to Terry. The next morning I received a call from Malia enquiring whether everything went well. Yes, concerning the pick up everything went smoothly. My auto is in transit now. And based on my experience so far, I feel assured that my car will be delivered safely to my son in California and on time.

This is my first experience in transporting an automobile cross-country. I am thankful to my niece who referred me to DAT because one of her friends had an excellent experience with DAT. Malia’s service and assistance is great. She is truly an angel.
