The guys were nice and they tried very hard, but they barely spoke english. They had a another car that was in front of my car, that car would not start. I told them what to do and they would not listen, so finally after 2 hours in the hot sun with no luck, they finally listen to me and had the other car off the truck in less than 5 minutes, with that my car was driven off their truck. The car was delivered on the promise date
