Customer service was excellent and always courteous. I never had to call them, they (Tara) always called me to update me on the status of the car. We never had any problems with the car's condition or contents inside the car on delivery, and delivery was on time. The driver of the truck carrier they used was very rude to us at first, but domestic auto transport directly called the driver and his tone changed completely. I would definitely use domestic auto transport again for having my car shipped. Their quote was also $100-$150 cheaper than other carriers. Within 4 business days of my first call to domestic, my car was delivered across the country.
