This was my first experience transporting a vehicle and I can say unequivocally that this was a near effortless experience. My schedule changed and the auto carrier was able to adapt and accommodate my fluctuating schedule. My contact person (Casi) was in communication with me through out the process and when it was her day off, someone else called to make sure things had gone smoothly. There where no hidden costs, what I was quoted is what I paid (except for the five% tip I gave the driver for handling my treasure with such care). The only advise I can give is don't call them until your ready to transport. Initially, I was told it would take seven to ten days for pick up and they where at my door in four. I was a little unprepared but they waited for me to prep everything. If your transporting a vehicle stop reading, call Casi and your ride will get there.
