The customer service was GREAT! I worked with Tara from DA. She was very informative about the process, she explained set up/appointment explained how things work in terms of billing, pickup, deliver and mentioned what could or could not happen. She was quick, informative and her followup totally put my mind at east as I've never had a car transported before. This was a great experience. I recommend!
