While in Az this spring I acquired a 2004 Cadillac XLR which was in perfect condition with 20,000 miles...Travel circumstances dictated that we had to ship the vehicle to our home in Upstate NY...I first worked with a brokerage in Florida that was unable to locate a carrier ..Using the ratings from Transport Review I linked up with Amy Gulani of Domestic Auto Trnsport...Amy was extremely responsive and professional in working with me as she located a carrier...She ALWAYS responded to my concerns and in a very creative manner developed a pricing approach that resulted in a match-up with a carrier...Prescott Az to Clayton NY is a tough sell..She had our car picked up in Prescott and targeted for delivery in Syracuse NY..( easier to get to than Clayton)..The trucking company, Global Car Carrier, Inc from Cypress, Texas with driver Carlos Garcia and the ever diligent dispatcher Maria took great care in getting our car to us in 5 days!! Upon arrival in the Syracuse area ( 90 miles from Clayton) Mr. Garcia decided to continue on and deliver directly to Clayton...saving our pickup team the efort in meeting in Syracuse...All this at no additional cost over the original $900 estimated....Amy monitored the progress, followed up with me immediately after the delivery, and went out of her way to see that the job was completed to our satisfaction..The car had some road grime but was in pristine condition..All in alll this was a wonderful experience and we will always use Domestic Auto for our auto shipping and recommend them to our friends.
