After having another transport company leave me hanging for over 2 weeks unable to get my Suburban picked up in Phoenix, I contacted Tara at Domestic Auto Transport. She told me the facts and we discussed the best option for me. 3 days later a truck was assigned to pick up my Suburban and the driver and Tara kept me informed every step of the way

My vehicle was scheduled to arrive in Seattle on Monday but the driver called me Thursday, only 2 days after picking up my car in Phoenix and said he would be in the Seattle area on Friday and could deliver my car early on Friday or I could wait till Monday if I needed to. My car arrived 3 days early and that was very nice.

My car arrived in the same condition it was in when it left Phoenix. The driver was very courteous and both he and Tara kept me totally informed every step of the way. The follow-up was great. Next time I need to move a car the only call I will make is to Tara at Domestic Auto Transport.
