Casi is one of the most pleasant people that I have had the pleasure to deal with in along time.

She knows the meaning of customer service with her excellent communication and doing what she says she will do. If I ever need a vehical moved in the future she will be the one I go to. Until then I will refer all my friends and acquaintances that may need a vehical to her!

She deserves a raise!!!
