What sold me was "We match the lowest offer you received". All of the sudden, I didn't have to feel pressured. After I spoke to Tara, one of their agents, I canceled my previous arrangements and gave her my business! She is very nice and courteous. She knows her job and she does it well. I'm a happy customer. :)
