This was the my first experience in the shipping of a vehicle and I was a little anxious to say the least. I went to your website, gave my info and Casi contacted me right away. She was extremely helpful and explained the process completely. She kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. The driver of the truck was very friendly and professional.
