As a first time auto shipper I was nervous about having my SUV transported from Connecticut to Corpus Christi, Texas. Fortunately, I had Malia to guide me through what I had anticipated to be a stressful process but which turned out to be a seamless and uneventful event. Malia was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. The pick up and delivery of the car were well within the parameters quoted to me, and the transport drivers were friendly and reassuring.
