Jennifer was very helpful and provided awesome service. I had quotes for much lower but went with your company specifically for the way Jennifer helped me. She took time to explain the process for me and I felt very confident that I was choosing the right carrier. This was my first time having to ship a vehicle. Everyone else just seemed concerned about what quotes I was looking for.

The driver could have been a bit more engaging but he was competent and delivered as promised.
