I had to ship my car from Texas to New York. This is my first time shipping my car and after doing some research on the internet, going through reviews and company details I decided to go with Domestic Auto Transport for shipping my car. My order was handled by agent Kristin and she was very courteous and answered all my questions promptly. My car was picked up at the time it was said it would be picked up. I was not present when the car was handed over for shipping and my friend did it for me, but there were no issues when picking up the car.
Initially the delivery time was mentioned as 5-7 days (I think that is a standard which they tell) but the car was delivered in 2 days. The condition of the car was same as when handed over to them. I had to wait for a couple of hours on the day of delivery of the car since the trailer got stuck in some traffic on way near to my location in New York. Apart from I am overall very satisfied with the service and would recommend Domestic Auto transport for car shipping.
