Jennifer was great and communicated on a regular basis via phone and email. Pick up and delivery went smoothly, although it arrived in Cleveland a day early so had to scramble to find someone to drop off to. I was in California so was not there to receive it. The price that was quoted did go up slightly, so was not pleased about that. Overall a good experience though.

This does happen in this industry as the final price is up to the carrier. We always give out clients the chance to take or leave any counter offers.
