The driver called two days before to confirm that he was coming on the scheduled day. He called the afternoon before to say the exact time of the pickup. We had arranged to meet at a location nearby my home where there would be plenty of room for the truck. He and I pulled up to the site at the same time: exactly on time.

The driver was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. At the time of delivery, the driver contacted both me and the receiver to let everyone know when he would deliver the vehicle. He delivered at the scheduled time and, in addition, the car was washed prior to delivery.

A completely satisfactory experience.
