I was looking for a company to transport my car from Ca to Fl. When Kaleigh called, she was very polite and very knowledgeable about the company and how everything works. When I told her that I was going through Domestic Auto Transport, she got all the needed information and told me that she would call me as soon as someone picks up my info. It was about a few days before the date I gave her to when I needed my car to be picked up and she emailed me telling me that they were having difficulties finding a company to take my car all the way to Key West. I thought that was very kind of her. BUT the next day, Kimberly called me and told me that a driver picked up my info on my car and wanted to take it to Key West. I jumped on it. The price was pretty reasonable for driving across the country ($1355). The driver called and asked when would be a good time to pick up my car on the 24th, I told him that I was leaving that morning to fly to FL, but told him I can have my mom be there. he was ok with it. He called my mom about 30min before he picked it up and my mom stated he was very nice and very detailed. Kaleigh called on Aug 2 (I believe) and asked how my car was and I told her that I had not received it yet. She then call the driver and the driver's company to find out what was going on. After she did that, she called to inform me what was happening. Soon after, the driver called and said that they were about 3 hours away. When the driver got to Key West, he called and had my car ready when I got there. I would strongly recommend Domestic Auto Transport to anyone. They are very friendly, reliable, and trust-worthy. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!!!
