I had hired another transport company to ship a truck to my nephew cross country. Their bid was so unrealistic and low that no one would take the truck. John educated me on how the process worked, gave a fair bid and we hired him. I had tons of questions being a protective Aunt, and John answered his phone or email promptly and was very patient explaining things to me. Within a week (holiday was involved, so took a tad longer) the truck was picked up and it is now on its way to my nephew in Virginia. Thank you for great customer service and being honest!!
