This was my second time using Domestic Auto Transport and working with Naomi. I chose them again because the first experience went well and I expected the second experience to go well also and it did. I must say that although I initially was working with Naomi and Jessica, I ended up primarily working with Jocelyn (sp?) who was absolutely GREAT! It was the day that I wanted my car to be shipped and the order had not been picked up by a carrier. I was set to accept that I would have to her shipped at a later date and was okay with that, but Jocelyn was determined to get her shipped that day. She worked all morning calling different carriers and would periodically call me to let me know that she was still working on my shipment. She was aware that my geographical location and time constraints made my situation more of a logistical challenge, but willingly helped me without judgment. Four and a half hours later, Jocelyn called me to let me know that she found a carrier that could ship my car that day and work with my location and time constraints for an additional $250 on the quoted price. Her customer service and work ethic are impeccable and I am so appreciative of ALL that she did for me!
The driver, Solomon, from SAS Remarking Group, was very professional at pick up (Thursday evening) and delivery (Monday evening). My car was delivered one day earlier than expected in the same condition that she was picked up (with the exception that she was dirty from the transportation).
I would recommend Domestic Auto Transport to anyone looking to have their car shipped. All of the employees that I have interacted with are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and committed. They will give you a fair quote and answer ALL of your questions and concerns with patience.
