Nikki was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. They will work with you on the pricing and I think I got a fair deal (1200 for cross-country move). The company would contact me with updates regarding their search for a carrier - I was always well informed. They followed up during and after transport. My car arrived in the same condition it was in when picked up.
