I can not give enough praise for this company. Previously, I dealt with a company that took over three months to tell me that it was going to be more expensive then the original quote and I could barely get in contact with the owner. When I decided to switch companies, it only took Domestic Transport five days to locate a driver and pick up my truck. The carrier was incredibly nice and even pulled my truck out of snow with a rope in order to get it onto his trailer. He called me several times over the next few days to give me updates on his location and his ETA was right on time. Domestic Transport customer service was extremely courteous and helpful. This is a good company that values good business practices!

I know that learning how this business works can really surprise people sometimes, but, if they are made aware of how this industry works from the beginning, they can better anticipate their transport, and it can help them plan better and be more aware of what could happen. When customers are made to think this industry works differently than it does, it can really mess with their plans or individual situations, so it's always nice to know exactly what to expect, rather than think you are getting one type of service and then have a completely different experience when it's all said and done.
