I believe his name was Maurice. A nice young man, polite, careful, and thorough while checking our beloved '65 Ford pickup before and during loading. As specifically requested by me, (and I had also discussed with Kimberly, my contact person) he contacted my daughter-in-law in a timely manner and was able to deliver the pickup at the time that worked for her in order to surprise my son for Christmas. An experience that I had worried about was completed flawlessly and I will always be grateful.
