Receied a quote of $750 from Nikki (Domestic). Got in touch with
Nikki on ~ 24 Nov for pick up starting ~29 nov. Gave my credit card #
to Nikki which is part of the agreement. Nikki found a carrier (Broad transport) which could pick up on 29th but the price
was increased to $850. I agreed to this price. Car picked up on 29th by Broad transport. Pick up could have been
better. Since this was like a subcontract (Nikki subcontracted to Broad)
I had to talk to Broad representative. The Broad representative was
not very prompt at communicating the carrier location to me. So there
was some confusion at the pick up.

The car was delivered promptly after 5 days as promised. I kept
in touch with the Broad rep. on the day of delivery so it went smoothly.

Overall a good experience ; but would have been better if Nikki could have
stuck to her original quote of $750.
The heavy lifting was done by Broad transport.

It is in our terms and conditions that the quote is estimated and the price may change. We are susceptible to what the carriers are taking the load for. If we could all predict an exact quote each company would of given you the same price in the beginning. Carriers can agree to our quote or they can counter bid. At that time you decide if you want to move forward. I hope that explains the increase in price. Thank you, Nikki
