The original estimate was that it would take 10 days, they called on day 8 or 9 to apologize and say they would be delivering the vehicle 2 days late because of some mechanical problem with the transport truck. This was of no inconvenience to me, actually worked out better with my schedule, so I am in no way dissatisfied with the service. The truck was dirty but nothing more than I would expect after 12 days of going cross country. There was no damage or other problem.
