Horrible! Problems! Picked up our car a day early with about 8 hours notice. We needed the car to finish moving and had to rent a U-Haul. Did Domestic Auto Transport offer to pay for this? No! Domestic Auto Transport was semi-helpful until they had received their fee. After that they did not call me back or seem to care at all about the problems with my shipment. I was promised the car would not be delivered until the 5th and got a call on the 2nd saying the car needed to be picked up while we were out of town. Huge stressful problems. Do not use! Finally we found out our car was in a storage lot, but they would not tell us where it was until we paid by western union. Seriously sketchy, had to pay a huge western union fee and the storage fee. Did Domestic Auto Transport offer to pay for this? No! We were told it would not be delivered until the 5th and we ended up being held responsible for their incorrect service. The most frustrating part was that Domestic Auto Transport does not take any responsibility for what the carriers do. Meanwhile, using them as a middle man leaves the customer using a carrier who they have never even spoken to. The entire set up was very stressful and unethical.

Naomi 360 834-6013 naomi@domesticautotransport Sheila I would like to apologize that you were so unhappy with our services. I would however like to state that an 8 hrs notice of the pickup is something that is generally an acceptable time frame. When you place your order with us you stated the 1st available date that the car can be picked up. You let me know that you were able to release the car as early as the 26th. When we had a carrier agree to the transport they did say that they were looking at loading the vehicle on the 27th. However the carrier did arrive early. The pickup and delivery days are just ESTIMATES. There is no guarantee that the carrier could be available a day or earlier or might be a day late. This is why we do not guarantee a pickup day. That is considered a guaranteed shipping and general cost $300.00 to $500.00 more than a standard quote. If you would have let me know that the vehicle could not be delivered before the 5th i would have definitely tried to be more accommodating. I would also like to say that the comment you made saying that we finally found out our car was in storage is very untrue. I called you and the carrier called you multiple time the day before the delivery trying to get a hold of you and hopefully make other arrangements with a friend or family member. I also emailed you letting you know that if we did not get a hold of you that your car would have to be put in storage. I do wish you the best. Thanks again.
