I went with Domestic Auto transport after going with another company initially. The other company was fine but could not move my car. I was working with a short time-frame. They came up with some options that really did not suit me. So I made the switch to Domestic Auto Transport and worked with Angie, Kim/Kelly(?) and mainly Novia. I had actually spoken to Novia before I selected the other company. Novia was great. She was responsive to my questions and calls, kept me abreast of what was happening with my bid, and gave me advice, despite being busy. The process of shipping a car can be a challenging and sometimes frustrating and counter-intuitive process. I would work with Novia (especially) and all the folks at DAT again because they were attentive, knowledgeable and helped eased some of the stress that can accompany this process. They (and Novia) would be my top recommendation to anyone that was trying to decide on a car-transport broker.
