Novia Moor was a great help through this whole process. I had absolutely no idea how to go about shipping a car and she not only educated me about the process, but maintained contact right up to the day the pick up occured. She is professional and absolutely a pleasure to communicate with. There was a slight increase of $200 in the price once she found a driver, but she had prepared me for that possibility ahead of time and I made the decision to go ahead anyway. I could have waited, but chose not to.

Once the pick up was scheduled, the car arrived much, MUCH sooner than we had anticipated and in fine shape. The drivers were not easy to get a hold of, but they were very courteous and accomodating once we made contact. Because we are in a remote location, we needed to travel 1.5 hours to pick up the car. The drivers got in WAY ahead of schedule but kind of late at night which was a bit of a challenge.

I would not hesitate to use Domestic Auto Transport again. Make sure and ask for Novia when you call.
