Jim,
I'm sorry the carriers estimate time for pick up was a little off, but please remember they are estimated times for pickup and delivery, which shows true since they were 2 days early for delivery.  I did not hear anything from you or the carrier about the vehicle rolling down the ramp.  I wish someone would have told me so I could have taken care of that with the carrier.  Please call me if you need anything...
