They were very polite and professional. They arrived on time and was very quick to load my car into the truck. I was surprised the carrier was covered. It was a pleasent unexpected bonus. They took good care of my car and delivered it to my destination at the time that was expected. The driver was considerate of my needs. The only problem I had was that they could not give me a date to pick up my car until the week before I needed it done. It was a concern because I was not sure that it was even going to get done before my move, even though I had arranged this transport in August. This was not the fault of the person that was transporting my car but the company that I was dealing with who hired the carrier to transport it. The cost was a slight problem as well. I was quoted one price and had to pay $70 more at the time of transport. I really didnt have a choice being that I was moving out of state a few days later. It forced me to pay the difference because of how tight my schedule was. Thios again was the fault of the company that I delt with who hired the driver not the fault of the person who transported my car.
