Steve Craig Was Great! No Major Issues!

I've used open carriers to transport my car before. Steve Craig was amazing! He found me a truck very quickly and gave me their information. He expedited finding me a truck because we only had a few days left until we had to move. Steve was very helpful. I had no problems on that end. He charged me my security deposit and the remainder I paid to the trucker (in cash) upon the arrival of my car.

The trucker and company that was arranging the pick up location was a little confusing. I lived in a very small town that a truck couldn't get into, so I had to drive about an hour to meet the trucker - I was VERY OK with that. However, that company didn't understand the area very well and initially sent their trucker in the wrong direction. We had a couple of hours waiting time until the trucker finally called me and got directions. But that was really my only complaint there. The trucker, Jose, was very nice.

Upon arrival of my car in FL there was slight damage, but nothing worth complaining about. For some reason my interior mirror hanging was broken (I don't know how that happened), and my car emblem on the back of my car was broken (which it wasn't before we left). Again - I didn't feel like making a fuss out of this, and I don't feel like that was reflective of Steve Craig's work.

When I reviewed Steve Craig's BB rating, prior to calling him, I thought for sure that people knew him and then reviewed him. But after talking to him, I'd have to say that I also had a very pleasant experience getting my car across country. It was one of the easiest parts of our move.

Thank you for the review Denise. It is definitely appreciated. I wish you would have called me when you noticed the problems, and we may have been able to do something with Jose.
