I chose this company among others because the broker was exceptionally clear in his explanations to me of how it all worked. I needed this being completely new to car shipping, expecially since the vehicles was headed to Hawaii. I noted the number of years Steve was in business and noted that many of the other brokers were not in business very long. The other brokers had many positive reviews but I noted that their companies often paid for those reviews with a "refund" of $50. I saw that as a gimmick and I noted that the reviews on Steve were few in number but the people, like me, who choose to write, were all positive. This seemed much more genuine to me because a company that gets bad reviews can just start over as a new company with a different name. However, if you stay in business a long time and only have a few rev iews posted, all positive, this point said to me that AAA must have many satisfied customers. People who are unhappy with a service, readily write negative reviews but people who are happy often don't take the time to write a positive review (unless they are bribed to do so). I think I was right in my assesment of Steve Craig's because the overall experience was very good but, to be fair, I have no experience with any other company and they may be just fine.
