Here is the timeline that traspired for me: Order placed: 10/28/04 First available date of pickup: 11/11/04 Canceled order: 12/1/04
In almost 4 weeks they could not get my vehicle even picked up! I was never called by the company of any status. I had to call, which I did every week, to hear the same excuse: "We never told you when we would pick up your vehicle". Courtney Rackley was my contact. She was exceptionally rude, and offered nothing in the way of "customer service". I called another trasport company (SMS) for a comparison and they were the complete opposite of AAA. They explained everything they could do, and even noted that they didn't see my vehicle listed on the web site that it was supposed to be listed on to be picked up. I could of had my vehicle picked up 2 different times by this other company in the 4 weeks it didn't get picked up my AAA. AAA was $100 cheaper, but that obviously doesn't matter if they can't deliver anything.
Bottom line: When they say that can't give you a time of pickup (they won't even give you a window) THEY MEAN IT!
