I needed my 73 VW Beetle shipped from CA to TN so I contacted Direct Express. The customer service rep was very nice and gave me the quote for $775. We booked the transport and gave them a first available pick-up date on Mon. Direct picked the car up on Wed. My Uncle was there when the car was picked up and said the driver was very nice and professional. The following Mon the car was delivered to me in Nashville. The driver was great and to my surprise the car was clean. The driver told me he got lucky with the weather and that is why the car was so clean. Everyone involved in this transaction was wonderful and if I ever need to ship another car I will definately use Direct Express to take care of it.
