I have been very satisfied from the initial contact with the staff of Direct Express. It was easy to fill out the form(s) on your website. I made a couple of calls to Direct Express to ascertain and clarify the pick up and delivery locations. The person(s) I talked with were very cooperative and professional. It appeared that they readily understood that this was my first time experience in transporting my car and that I was quite apprehensive about the safety of my vehicle as it was to be shipped on an open carrier and could be damaged due to the snow/hail during the shipment.
I may point out that I had quotes from other carriers before I decided to do business with Direct Express. I found your offer very competitive because the cost was reasonable. Most importantly, your staff was very professional, reliable and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend you to my friends and colleagues.
