I was surprised at how quickly a trnsporter contacted me for pickup. They had a last minute cancellation and were very accomodating to my needs in order to prepare for the pick up. I met both Tina and David when they came to get my auto. Their professionalism and honesty immediately put my mind at ease and I knew my car was in good hands.
Despite the terrible weather, David was able to safely deliver my auto on time to the final destination. I would not hesitate to use Barnhart Express and would recommend them to my family and friends for future deliveries.
The cost for transport was very reasonable; I believe this cost hasn't changed much since the last time I moved and auto between Arizona and Ohio (about 10 years ago). The vehicle was delivered to a repair shop I trust so scheduled maintenance could be performed before the auto was turned over to my daughter for her use.
Over all I am very satisfied with the experience.
