Direct Express were great to work with and answered all questions that I had at the time of scheduling my pick up. Once they assigned a company to pick up my vehicle, that company (White Arrow, I believe) was very difficult to get a hold of. I callled them on a couple of occasions to see when they were going to pick up my vehicle to no avail. They then only contacted me back to say that they were delivering my vehicle on the next day. Other than the lack of communication, White Arrow delivered my car safe and secure.
