Direct express was always responsive to my many calls to check the status of my order. After about four days and an offer to increase the fee by $100 my order was accepted by NAO transport. I was given their number and started checking the status with Rome who was very helpful. Once a truck was assigned Rome gave me the name and cell phone number for Dan the driver.
After that Rome and Dan were both available to give me updates and the process went very smoothly and on a timely basis. Dan called me when he was about a half an hour out and we met to unload my vehicle at the designated time and place. He was very capable and handled the unloading very professionally. I was pleased that it was an enclosed truck and other than a little road grim that came in through the cracks my vehicle was clean and perfect.
Excellent job done by everyone and I would cerainly do it again.
