This was our first experience to use a car transport company. My husband reviewed several companies online before choosing this company. We were told pick-up would be between Monday and Thursday. We were much surprised to receive a call from the driver on Saturday morning, before the expected week of pick-up, stating he was about 30 minutes away and ready to receive the car. We were trilled as Saturday worked much better in our schedule. We were also happy we were able to transport up to 100 pounds of stuff inside the car. Our driver was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. You could tell he enjoyed his work and his employer! Since the car was picked up earlier than we expected, it was going to arrive at our home in California before we would get there. We needed to arrange for our neighbors to receive the car. According to our neighbor, everything was well communicated with the driver and the process of receiving the car went great. We were thrilled with the condition of the car and stuff we had packed in the car. We will definitely use this company again if the need arises!
