I found the entire transaction to be excellent. From the instant on-line quote to pick-up / delivery / driver communication. Everything was as described and absolutely no surprises. I was extremely pleased regarding the quick delivery time. They picked up the car in San Diego, Ca on Friday at 4:00 PM and delivered it in the state of WA at 3:00 PM on Sunday. Based on my experience I would have no reservations recommending Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
