I had not heard of this company or any other company when I started this process. I was worried about using a transport company so I did a lot of research. Anyway, I decided to use them based on all the good reviews I read compared to other companies. I can say everything I read was true about this company. Based on my experience everyone at Direct Express Auto Transport that I spoke to was professional, pleasant and helpful as well as the driver who transported my car. My car was picked up 1 day early from Virginia but it arrived in 3 days to Seattle, Washington and in the condition as expected. I truly did not have any problems. I highly recommend them.
