Everything was perfect from pick-up to delivery. The only misunderstanding was the dispatcher told us the car would be picked up at 8am, but the driver called that morning and said it would be 1pm. 4.5 days from Houston to Boston is great since he had four other cars to pickup and deliver prior to mine. We would definitely use them again. The price was 30% less than the next best offer.
