I was very pleased with Direct Express Auto Transport. When I wanted to confirm the order and the specific timing, my phone call was connected to a live person immediately, which is very rare. I then had to move the first available pickup date back a few days because the car needed a battery replacement, and my e-mail was answered within hours. I was then sent several confirmation and update e-mails. Our car was picked up exactly when we were told it would be, and it was delivered several hours before the expected drop off time. The driver called to confirm directions to our house a few times as he approached our area. When unloading the car, he was very cautious, and the car arrived undamaged. I would definitely use the company again!
