I had a bad experience with an auto transport company back in 2007 when I moved my car from WI to TX. That company was sooooo awful and it took them 3 weeks to get my car down to TX. The company was sooooo bad with communication, as I thought my car was stolen. I even hired a lawyer and did a police report. So I was kind of apprehension about using a car transport company but I needed to return the car back to WI for my family to use. So I looked at some companies and read reviews and this one seemed good. Boy was I wrong, THEY WERE GREAT!! I submitted a request through email and in 2 days I received a email from DE that I received a driver. The driver also called me that same day to let me know when he was coming. The driver was on time, that very next day and knew what he was talking about. Then my car arrived in WI 3 days later The driver communicated with my father who was the one getting the car, throughout the whole transport. And the car (was told by family) was in great condition. Nothing was changed and no damage occurred. No, I'm not getting paid by this company or work for them. They just did a great job with transporting my car. If I ever have to transport my car anywhere, this is the company I am using. Thanks DE!!
