Car Never Picked Up!!

I was quoted $600 to ship my car from " one major city " in Texas to " another major " city in Massachusetts on 4/10. I was told pick up would be within 1-7 days. So I booked. THREE WEEKS later, I had to cancel because my car was NEVER PICKED UP!!! I called almost every day after the first week asking why. I was told they "couldn't understand why my car wasn't getting picked up" "This never happens, you're in a major city going to another major city, you should be fine." " All the drivers are doing snowbird routes, that's the only reason I can think of for the delay." Texas isn't a popular destination right now." In the mean time, I have already left Texas and I am already back in Massachusetts, with no car. And my friend stuck wondering if anyone was ever coming to get my car. Never once did take me up on my offer to increase the amount, they said it was fine.
So today, I had enough and canceled after finding someone else who within an hour of that company getting my paperwork assigned my car a carrier. My car has also been picked up- early too!!
I'm glad people have had positive experiences with this company, but based on the lies I got and my car never getting picked up, I would never use or suggest this company.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. We are sorry Miss Nuland is dissatisfied. But to be fair, Duxbury, Massachusetts is not a major city, hence the smaller pool of drivers going there. We wish Lauren well in all her future endeavors.
